In 1981, Jackie Morgan and Jim Carriveau (Brother & Sister) were offered positions at H&R Block as tax preparers. They decided instead to start a part-time business doing tax returns at night. Within six years, they had expanded the business and began offering bookkeeping services and tax services full time. After 26 years, Jackie took a well-earned retirement. In 2007, Teresa Harrington then joined the company. Best Financial now offers full service bookkeeping, payroll processing, personal & business tax preparation and incorporating services.
