Best Wilson Family Law was established in 2009 by Kara Best and Reagan Wilson as Toowoomba’s first firm specialising exclusively in family law. In November 2013, Dan Buckley joined Kara and Reagan, establishing the firm of Best Wilson Buckley Family Law, with offices in Toowoomba and Brisbane. In October 2015 BWB was acquired by the Shine Corporate Ltd group. BWB continues to operate in the same way that we always have, with our clients and staff as the centre of all we do, with the added presence and future growth opportunities offered by Shine. In March 2017 we opened an office in Ipswich servicing the local community in the city and surrounding areas. We are the only specialist family law providers in the Toowoomba region, and along with our offices in Brisbane and Ipswich we are one of the largest family law teams in Queensland, assisting clients across the state and beyond. Our firm was named as the Leading Family Law firm in the Toowoomba & Western Queensland region and as a recommended family and divorce law firm in Brisbane for two consecutive years in 2016 and again in 2017 by the independent Doyle’s Guide. We work in a very personal area of law, involving the blunt intrusion into personal, family and financial relationships, at times of personal upheaval when stress and emotions run high. So, we know that our clients need support and understanding and practical advice in difficult times. In 2016 and 2017 the firm was recognised as the leading family law team in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region by the Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession. We were also named as a recommended family and divorce law firm in Brisbane for two consecutive years. This is the fourth successive year that the firm and its team have received an honour as part of the Doyle’s Guide.
