Our CEO was the former Chief Underwriting Officer, General Counsel and Chief Innovation Officer for some of the largest of insurance companies, including AIG. With a total management team having over 60 years of insurance experience, the Bitcoin Financial Group can successfully bridge the gap in communication and knowledge between the Bitcoin community and the insurance industry. In essence, we know the questions to ask and, through our “C” level relationships built over 30 years, we find the right insurance carriers for the specialized needs of the bitcoin community. We can assist in procuring both property and casualty and key man life insurance policies to bitcoin companies of all sizes. On February 25, 2015, Bitcoin Financial Group announced the first true Bitcoin Theft Insurance policy providing comprehensive coverage for electronic and non-electronic theft of bitcoins protecting both the policyholder as its customers.
