Services Available: TAX RETURN PREPARATION: We will prepare all types of personal and/or business tax returns in a manner to minimize client tax liability . All returns are prepared on a timely basis and reviewed with our clients to help insure correctness. REPRESENTATION BEFORE IRS: We will represent our clients, that have tax audits or disputes, before the Internal Revenue Service upon request through the appeals process. We also handle collection and bankruptcy problems. Implement installment agreement on outstanding tax liabilities or offer in compromise. TAX PLANNING: We will assist our clients in developing strategies to minimize their tax liability so that their businesses and/or personal wealth may be maximized. FINANCIAL BOOKKEEPING: We will prepare all the usual and customary financial statements such as e.g. balance sheets and income statements; and we will also prepare all necessary ledgers and journals. Any specialized statements can be prepared. All statements are prepared to keep our clients informed as to the status, regarding profit or loss, of their business. Records prepared by us are computer generated to further assure accuracy. OTHER SERVICES: Other special services, as required, are available upon request. CONFIDENTIALITY: All matters handled by us are treated with strict confidentiality and the high standards of the accounting profession’s Code of Ethics. No information about your affairs will ever be released to unauthorized persons.
