Consulting Team Unlike traditional consultancies we do not maintain a bench of consultants ready to deploy on the next client project in a one size fits all approach. Our business is structured around a core team of senior HR transformation experts, supplemented by specific consultants from our network when a niche skill set or particular area of expertise is required. Our core partners have at least ten years experience working on large-scale HR Transformation programmes. The people we present to you during the bid phase are the people that work with you end to end. We do not transition to low cost delivery models. COMMERCIAL MODEL Our commercial model ensures we are fully aligned with our client’s objectives. Following a detailed requirements gathering phase, we provide a bespoke consulting team on an on-demand basis, ensuring access to the right talent at the right time. We agree a percentage of our fee that will be linked to the delivery of agreed milestones and objectives, payable only after these are achieved.
