Commercial Properties, Inc. was established in Portland, Maine in 1978 by Richard J. McGoldrick to engage in the leasing and sales of commercial and industrial property in Northern New England. Commercial Properties Management LLC (CPM) was established in 2001 by Richard to manage his growing portfolio of development and investment properties. CPM has since expanded its client base to include third party commercial and residential management. In 2016, the Ownership of CPM transferred to three long term employees, who are proud to carry on the long tradition of excellent and courteous service.
