CSM offers real estate consulting services for HUD programs such as Section 202 communities for the elderly and preservation/recapitalization of HUD Section 202 properties, Section 223f refinancing programs and a variety of HUD grant programs to non-profit organizations. Each community is provided technical support, guidance and supervision by a team of over thirty well-trained and experienced home office professionals. The Regional Directors are assigned to oversee all the management functions of the community and to coordinate home office support and services for on-site management staff. Our hands-on approach is comprised of frequent community visits and consistent fiscal control through detailed budgeting and analysis. Routine environmental and physical plant inspections are made to ensure that buildings are clean, sanitary and well maintained. The CSM regional staff includes licensed certified professionals trained in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, marketing, public relations and quality initiatives.
