Determine the appropriate method in which to appeal the owner’s properties. Collect information from owner in order to prepare the most effective appeals for tax year in question. Identify and inspect assets. File required personal property renditions. Develop and refine arguments for valuation reductions. Prepare and file appeals with support documentation to the appraisal district and/or the appraisal review board. Assist in a support role in any property tax valuation litigation. If necessary, collect tax statements for processing. Provide status and reports on appeal and final determination.
