Founded in 1983, Dennis Bielfeldt and his farther, Wilbert Bielfeldt, began operations in their hometown of Iowa City, Iowa. The journey began with a single rental property. Today, Den-Wil’s reach is much greater, and our staff continuously upholds the founders’ visions to provide valuable services to clients, build partnerships in the Brookings community, and deliver important resources to residents such as quality living spaces, workplaces, and social establishments.
