The firm effectively commenced on 1st February 2002 when the accounting practice of H.E. Williamson & Co was acquired. This was a sole practitioner and an assistant bookkeeper/secretarial clerk. On the 1st August 2002 the accounting practice known as DMK Bookkeeping Services was acquired. This was a sole practitioner, graduate accountant and part-time receptionist. Both practices were merged into the one business and relocated to 46 Downey Street on the 1st July 2003. A secondary office is also operating at 63 Gheringhap Street, Geelong. DMK Taxation staff provide a personalised, professional service, travelling to various locations throughout Victoria, NSW and SA to meet face-to-face with their clients as well as having the ability to do everything online for convenience.
