Dynamix Group was formed in 2008 from the merging of two family run businesses. Abdul Khaliq had founded A.K & Co Accountants in 1988 providing Accounts, Tax and Audit work on fixed fees across Sussex and London. Naz Khaliq founded Dynamix Consultancy in 2006 providing Accounts, Tax and Business Consultancy work in Kent and London. Today the Group comprises five Companies spread across three offices providing Accountancy, Taxation, Business Consultancy, Coaching & Mentoring along with a range of other Business Services across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London. It has recently started working Internationally with plans to develop this aspect of the business. 1983 Abdul Khaliq a CIMA qualified Accountant and Financial Director for PD Technical Mouldings in London, relocated to Hastings to give his family a better quality of life whilst commuting for work. 1988 Abdul Khaliq founded A.K & Co Accountants providing Accounts, Tax and Audit work on a fixed fee basis from offices in Hastings. 1992 Abdul Khaliq announced the intention to incorporate the business as A.K & Co Accountancy Services. 1993 Abdul Khaliq relocated to Brighton & Hove and set up an office in Brighton while maintaining the office in Hastings. 1995 Hastings office is merged into the newly purchased Hove offices. 2001 Naz Khaliq incorporated A.K & Co Consultancy Services to provide Bookkeeping and VAT services to clients in Sussex. 2006 Naz Khaliq incorporated Dynamix Consultancy to provide Accounts, Tax and Business Consultancy work to clients in Kent and London. 2007 Naz Khaliq opened new Sandwich Office for Dynamix Consultancy providing Accounts, Tax and Business Consultancy work to clients in Kent and London. 2008 The three practices merged and became one.......... 2010 Abdul Khaliq became Senior Partner and Naz Khaliq became Practice Manager. 2012 Naz Khaliq opened a third office in Canterbury as part of the growth of Dynamix Group. The firm appointed Alex Wolfe as Compliance Partner, based in Brighton& Hove Office. Naz Khaliq became Managing Partner 2013 Alex Wolfe relocated to the Canterbury Office with responsibility for Compliance across the whole group. 2015 Dynamix continues to grow and develop.
