Eagle Asia Partners is an independent fund of funds management firm that focuses on private equity investments in the Asian region, including Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia. The Firm offers products which make selective investments in private equity funds, secondary and direct co-investment opportunities arising from the dynamic high growth of Asia. Founded in October 2007, Eagle Asia Partners is an independent fund management firm headquartered in Singapore. The Firm focuses on private equity investment across Asia, including Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia. The Founders, Jimmy Hsu, Kit Jong Tan, Lay Hong Lee and Ivy Omar, are one of the most experienced private equity teams in Asia. They have worked together for over 16 years since 1999 and they have between them more than 80 years of private equity experience. Together with Kenneth Chia, who joined in 2011, the Eagle team is committed to invest prudently for our clients. Eagle Asia Partners offers products which make selective investments in Asian private equity funds, secondary and direct co-investments opportunities in Asia, with particular emphasis in the fast growing emerging region, i.e. China, India and Southeast Asia. The investment will be based on an assessment of the wealth of private equity opportunities available within Asia to identify as many high quality managers as possible. Eagle Asia Partners is currently managing two Asian private equity fund of funds, Eagle NPE Asia Fund I, which was set up in 2008 and Eagle Asia Fund II, raised in 2011.
