We are extremely pleased to inform you that on 1 March 2017, Efficient Financial Services finalised an acquisition agreement with Vital Consult, a national financial services provider with its Head Office in Cape Town and a distribution footprint in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Gauteng. Following this acquisition, the Efficient Group’s Financial Services cluster will embark on a strategic 18-month consolidation project aimed at aligning the company’s financial services offering, operations and other synergies, to better serve our clients and strengthen our position in the financial services industry.
