As of the 01st of April 2006, the newly established company, formally known as the Erste Rosenheimer Privatbank AG, has undertaken the task as official and global Financial Services Company within the Prof. Dr. Anton Kathrein Group of Companies In the context of the strategic reorientation, the ERFS shall complete and settle credit business carried out under its previous name and responsibilities, but for the future, and in its new form, provide Financial Services exclusively to Kathrein Group members. There is still the task to further manage and ensure the settlement of respective loans and their particulars from the banking days of the ERP AG. The four core-business fields of the ERFS AG can be summarised as follows : v Settlement of Credits etc. from the era of the Erste Rosenheimer Privatbank AG v Financing Kathrein group (loans and guarantees) v Treasury services, (incl. currency and raw-metal hedging) v Capital investments, (incl. interest hedging) The Erste Rosenheimer Finanzservice AG particularly sees itself as a central Financial Services provider in the Kathrein group, with the task of either rendering its services directly itself, or functioning as a liaison/mediator to Financial Institutions on behalf of Kathrein Group members, while offering its credit-standing. The main goal of the ERFS AG is to support and to promote the financial activities of the Kathrein group. Parallel to that, the achievement of positive financial results within the group provides the basis upon which the necessary economic and financial strength is generated with a stable credit rating, in being able to obtain and execute at any time financial business. The Erste Rosenheimer Finanzservice AG Team consists of well trained and learned experts in the Financial Services area.
