We structure our fees in an effort to encourage an ongoing business relationship. For individual tax filers, we promise to match the cost you paid, to your previous preparer, for your prior year return. All you need to do is bring in a copy of your prior year return and the receipt showing how much you paid to your initial consult. It doesn’t matter if you used H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, Liberty Tax or any other CPA or tax preparer. Let us show you how we can serve you with professional knowledge, experience and individual attention. We are available all year round! Notary Mobile Notary Fees * Trip Fees: There is a $120 trip fee for any location within 30 miles of our office in Lake Stevens. Additional mileage is at $2.00 per mile. We use www.google.com/maps to calculate the distance from our office to your location. * Notary Fees: In addition to the trip fee listed above: $10.00 for the first notary, each additional notary is $8.00 (20% discount). Each signature being notarized is counted as one; therefore, if two people are signing one document the cost would be $18.00. We do not charge sales tax for this service.
