Finanzas & Gestión is an Argentine financial advisory firm focused on providing financial solutions to companies and their shareholders. - The firm was founded in 2002 by Patricio Rotman and the partners of M&S Consultores, Carlos Melconian and Rodolfo Santangelo, in order to provide financial advisory solutions to corporate clients. - In 2004 Fernando Badessich joined Finanzas & Gestión as partner of the firm to strengthen and further develop our investment banking capabilities. - In 2012 Mario Caramutti joined Finanzas & Gestión as partner of the firm to complement the origination and execution of various types of transactions, with main focus being corporate financing through various types of debt instruments. - Finanzas & Gestión assists both domestic and international companies in the analysis and implementation of their strategic and financial plans. - Currently, Patricio Rotman, Fernando Badessich and Mario Caramutti lead a team of professionals with close to 100 years of combined experience in financial and strategic advisory services in Latin America. - We seek to differentiate our advisory services through a professional management and a confidential treatment of each project, with direct involvement and continuous participation of our partners who contribute the full breadth and depth of their combined experience towards the achievement of each of our client's unique objectives.
