Founded in 1975 by Charles Frasier, the firm expanded its partner ranks in 1980 and 1983 with the addition of Barry Dean and David Howard to become Frasier, Dean & Howard, PLLC. Today, with combined experience of more than 150 years, the firm’s seven active partners provide a broad range of professional services and manage a team of more than 50 professionals.
