Sam Harsch, Chairman and Founder

Before founding Gotthard Partners he led a number of successful investments and amongst others he served as an Executive Director of Bank Hofmann and a subsidiary of Bank Julius Baer. He holds a degree in business administration and now looks back on over 30 years of banking experience.

Reinhard Suhner, Member of the Board

Graduated with an MBA from the University of St. Gallen he was consulting international holdings (e.g. SAP, Swarovski). Mr. Suhner is Member of the Board of several family owned businesses.

Michal Pechr, Member of the Board

Graduated with a Master in International Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs he is Member of the Board of several businesses owned by Eastern European families.

Sam Harsch, CEO and Head of Relationship Management

Before founding Gotthard Partners he led a number of successful investments and amongst others he served as an Executive Director of Bank Hofmann and a subsidiary of Bank Julius Baer. He holds a degree in business administration and now looks back on over 30 years of banking experience

Philipp Fürer, Partner, COO and Relationship Manager

Served in the tax department at UBS, later as an advisor to pension funds and made a successful change into private banking. Stations during his career have been UBS, Coutts & Co, Bank Hofmann, Union Bancaire Privée and Bank Vontobel before joining Gotthard Partners.

Rainer A. Bussmann, Partner, Relationship Manager

Rainer Bussmann began his career with a university degree at the Schweiz. Bankgesellschaft where he acquired his solid foundation for his further career. He is looking back at more than 25 years of experience as a client advisor in private banking. Before joining Gotthard Partners he served for UBS, Bank Hofmann AG and Bank Vontobel AG.

Herbert Bieri, Partner, Relationship Manager

After graduating from business school and a solid training at the SKA, Herbert Bieri managed funds before moving to private banking in 1995. He was a team head at BHE Bank, at Bank Hofmann and at Credit Suisse before he joined Gotthard Partners in 2021 with more than 35 years of banking experience.

Roman C. Ziegler, Partner, Relationship Manager

After graduating with a law degree, Roman Ziegler began his banking career at the former Bank Leu. Before joining Gotthard Partners with over 40 years of banking experience, he worked for the Swiss Bank Corporation, Bank Hofmann, ClaridenLeu and Credit Suisse.

Cornelia Wüschner, Partner

Cornelia Wüschner began her career at UBS AG in the Private and Corporate Clients division. Certified with a degree from the Swiss Banking School, her other stations before joining Gotthard Partners were Bank Sal. Oppenheim, Bank Vontobel and VP Bank, where she advised professional asset managers for many years. She has more than 20 years of banking experience.
