Grimstad & Associates is a coastal firm practicing in Lincoln County since 1990, with offices in Newport and Lincoln City. We have the expertise to meet your accounting needs. In addition, we participate in a Peer Review program sponsored by the Oregon Society of CPAs. In maintaining high standards, our personal development program and continuing professional education are mandatory. In 2009, we completed our recent Peer Review and received a clean opinion, as we have since the inception of this program. Signe Grimstad joined her father's practice in 1977 after graduating from the University of Oregon. Later, she purchased a local practice with a large municipal clientele. In 1986, her father retired and she continued as sole proprietor and expanded the firm to include a second office in Lincoln City. The present day firm is a sole proprietorship consisting of nine people: two certified public accountants, four para-professionals, two bookkeepers, an office manager and an administrative assistant. We pride ourselves on having long-term, experienced staff members. Over the last thirty years we have been able to provide auditing, review and compilation services for non-profits, franchisers, municipals, contractors, real estate investors and homeowner associations. Our services also include tax expertise with individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLCs and estates. We serve clientele up and down the West Coast, in Hawaii, and on the East Coast.
