Hamilton Juffer + Associates was founded by KPMG veterans Randall A. Hamilton and Matthew A. Juffer in January 2006. With more than 50 years of public accounting experience between them, they joined forces to capitalize on the opportunity to open a firm dedicated to serving the changing financial and complex tax needs of successful entrepreneurs, families, individuals and executives. In July 2011, Bradley D. Smerage joined the firm. Smerage, also a veteran of large international accounting firms, is a CPA with wide-ranging industry and tax experience. He was named partner in 2013.
