Hampton & Everett, P.C. (H&E) is a team of dedicated highly acclaimed professionals located in Charlottesville, Virginia. H&E was formed in October 1992, when J. Thomas Everett III joined William U. Henderson. In 2004 Wade Hampton joined Tommy and Bill at H&E, becoming a partner in 2005. William U. Henderson retired from the firm in 2007. In May 2009, Henderson & Everett, PC became Hampton & Everett, PC.
