Harbour Point Capital is an independent private equity investment firm. We have worked together for eight years and have 25+ years of combined private equity investing experience. We seek to invest $10 million to $50 million of equity capital per situation. Our capital solutions are flexible: we can acquire businesses, invest capital for growth, provide liquidity for shareholders and facilitate corporate carve-outs. Investment Focus We invest in companies that deliver value to the healthcare system by enabling the provision of higher quality care at lower unit cost. We are currently focused on investment opportunities in accessible primary care, outpatient services, consumer-centered services and outsourced clinical services. Value-Add We leverage our investing experience, domain expertise and relationship network to help drive equity value creation. We collaborate with operators to define long term strategic objectives and help execute against those strategies by identifying add-on acquisition opportunities, attracting executive talent and providing growth capital where appropriate.
