Harris Group CPAs

Harris Group built its foundation with the purchase of Gaudette & Company in September 2000. 

Gaudette & Company had been in Traverse City since 1988, focusing on Governmental and not-for-profit audits. The firm operated under the name of Gaudette & Company until November 2003, then recognizing the name Harris Group, Certified Public Accountants to reflect the new management and new direction of the firm. In December 2003, Harris Group, CPAs expanded its client services north by purchasing Rohrback & Associates in Petoskey. Rohrback & Associates had been in operation since June 2002 offering tax and bookkeeping services. 
In September 2009, Harris Group CPAs purchased the clients of John Jakubiak, CPA, as he was ready to retire from the profession. The firm used this acquisition to expand its accounting services offerings. The Petoskey office was sold in October 2012 to focus on the growing Grand Traverse and Leelanau County regions. Today, Harris Group operates out of Traverse City, MI providing innovative, quality accounting and tax services.
