Harrods Estates Paris was founded in 2013, expanding the services of the existing Harrods Estates Asset Management London department internationally, in line with the company’s broader plans for growth and development. The initial aim for Harrods Estates Paris is to develop and manage an existing portfolio of ca. € 1.3 billion of commercial real estate located in Paris and bring the high end service levels set by the London headquarters to another prestigious European capital. Harrods Estates Paris offers a dedicated Asset Management service, whose mandate is to help determine the strategy and implementation of Asset Management to ensure value creation or protection depending on your objectives, by way of managing the: leasing, implementing works programs, supervising services providers and other routine and ad hoc asset management services for premium real estate assets in Paris, France. Harrods Estates Paris is part of the Harrods Group and benefits from the full expertise, direction and support of the London Asset Management and PL Management departments.
