Harwood Wealth Management Group plc was created by bringing together Compass Wealth Management Group which was founded in 2001 by Neil Dunkley and Mark Howard and Wellian Investment Solutions led by Alan Durrant. The Group is based in Waterlooville, Hampshire and currently has more than 80 financial advisers who provide financial planning and wealth management advice to retail investment clients, as well as to a number of companies. Harwood Wealth Management currently has in excess of £3bn of assets under Influence. Through its Financial Advisers the Group offers a broad range of wealth management and financial planning services to its clients, including but not limited to: investment management; pension and retirement planning; tax and inheritance planning; life cover and family protection; and mortgages. In addition, the Group offers Discretionary Investment Management services and operates the “Discovery” range of Multi Manager funds, which supports the Group’s investment management offering to its clients. Since its formation, Harwood Wealth Management Group has grown both organically and through acquisition. The Group has acquired 49 financial services business’. The Board intends to continue this organic and acquisition-led growth strategy in the financial services sector.
