For over two decades, HMLS has been providing professional tax and accounting solutions for businesses and individuals in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The firm was founded in 1991 by Jim Herold. In 1993, Bill Madsen joined the firm as a shareholder, bringing with him many years of IRS and business experience. Then in 1997 and 1998 respectively, Robert Lefkovits and Kristina Simon joined the firm. Jim Herold retired in 2004, leaving the firm in very capable hands. Today the firm has 12 professionals with a wide range of tax and accounting experience. We provide personalized service to our clients in a variety of industries and occupations.
