The Impact Investment Fund operates as a “Fund of Funds” (FOF) – it is an investment strategy of holding a portfolio of other investment funds rather than investing directly in stocks, bonds or other securities. (This type of investing is often referred to as multi-manager investment).
Impact Investment Fund Pty Ltd, the Trustee of the Impact Investment Fund, invites wholesale clients to subscribe for Units in the Fund. The opportunity to invest in the Fund is therefore restricted to wholesale clients as that phrase is defined in s 761G of the Corporations Act 2001. The FoF will be investing in a broad mix of single manager hedge funds and sustainable & ethical enterprises. The FoF market exposures will include the traditional assets classes mixed with the alternative and sustainable sectors. Markets may include (but not limited to): FX (inc futures & options), Equities (inc futures & options), Bonds (inc futures & options), Options inc vol index, cash management, property, water, wind, renewable energy, solar and social enterprise.
