The Yorkdale Branch is ideally located at the S.E. corner of Yorkdale Mall in the 6 story office building. We are on the 4th floor and have been working out of this office for almost 30 years. The experience in this office is second to none. We have 15 advisors and offer most types of financial products. We can help with your insurance needs, your banking needs through referral, as well as all of your Investment needs, of course. Though we don’t offer legal or accounting services, we can certainly offer assistance in these areas. With over 100 years of total experience in this office I am confident we can meet all your needs in an honest and forthright manner. Life Insurance Advisor, Manulife Securities Insurance Inc. I started my career with TP and associates in 1985 as an Independent mutual Fund sales person. In 1988, I purchased a small equity stake in the new TPA Investment planning Inc. Over the years, as our branch has changed, our industry has gone through a number of technological and regulatory changes, (I was there for the first implementation of computers, something that gives you perspective). These types of change require a great deal of training and familiarity that results in a wealth of experience, the value of which is hard to quantify. My senior mentor during my formative years in the Investment business was Mr. Ted Piekarz (the former owner of TPA). I've had plenty of help along the way that has been a big part of building me into the professional I have become. That help has also allowed me to capatlize on many of the market's peaks, and miss a lot of its major dips. Throughout my career I've seen many recessionary periods; 1987 (black Monday), the Asian contagion and the tech crash to name just a few. These experiences teach even the most conservative investor many things about markets and the financial industry as a whole. I am a family man with two grown children ages 22 and 24. My son Sean now works as an advisor and I have an executive assitant, Mary Scopelliti who can respond to any request quickly and efficiently.
