Our family-owned firm was established in 1979 by Lee L. Knoll with a partner. The firm was originally named Knoll & Wilbur, P.C. and became known as it is today as Knoll & Company in 1992. That same year, Lee J. Knoll began working at the firm, becoming a shareholder in 1998. In 2007 Lee J. became the Chief Operating Officer of our firm, managing our day-to-day operations. While our services have evolved to keep pace with changes in both technology and the tax and accounting profession, the core values of our firm have stayed the same: honesty, integrity, and respect. We are dedicated to providing transparency and objectivity in the advice we provide to clients as their trusted advisors, building loyal relationships based on mutual respect in the process. The west Denver area is our home—both personally and professionally—and the members of our firm are actively involved in organizations and activities that support our local communities.
