Regulation KCML is regulated in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Service Commission in the conduct of fund services business and holds a registration pursuant to the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 in the classes of investment manager and distributor. Directors The directors of KCML are Ashik Shah, Giles Le Sueur, Graeme Paton and John Wood. Ashik Shah is the chief executive of Ashik Shah & Co. Limited, the Investment Advisor to KCML. Giles Le Sueur, Graeme Paton and John Wood are provided as directors by Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited. Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited is regulated in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a financial services business, including in the conduct of trust company business, holding licences in a number of classes of such business activity, including the provision of director services. Administration KCML is a fully administered entity under an agreement with Minerva Fund Administration Limited. Minerva Fund Administration Limited is regulated in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of fund services business and holds a registration pursuant to the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 in a number of classes of such activity, including as a manager of a managed entity.
