After years of experience with a large financial services firm and an independent wealth management firm, Jim Denora, CPA, CFP® and Spencer Neal, AIF® founded Leading Edge Wealth Advisors, LLC in June 2013. We are an independent financial services firm focused on the needs of families and businesses in the Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, DC regions. Through our experiences, we felt that most financial advisors and firms held their own agendas and interests first, and we wanted to be different. At Leading Edge, we look at your family household as a business and it needs to be run like one to be financially successful. First, we implement a strategy to hold you accountable for your financial actions. Our disciplined investment process helps you take the emotions out of investing. When you choose to work with us, you work with our entire professional planning team. Our team can help you make informed financial choices while monitoring your progress towards your goals and revise your plan as needed. We work diligently to ensure all details are attended to during our weekly partner meetings where we discuss strategies of how to develop new client relationships and guarantee all internal processes are running smoothly. Quarterly meetings also take place to discuss different resources and investment options.
