Our offices are in Luxembourg City, a 10 minute drive from the national airport and 15 minutes from the central railway station. Since then, our team has steadily grown to become a respected mid-size firm in the Luxembourg legal market. Our Name Our name reflects our vision of a modern legal practice servicing the business world. "Lex" is the Latin word for "law". The Romans defined the major legal principles which still are today the basis of the European civil law systems, including that of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. "Field" originates from the Old English term "feld" meaning "wide open land". It represents the variety of business sectors and the business approach typical of the English-speaking world. An efficient practice will in our view use legal tools in a business-minded and creative manner to structure its clients’ projects and contribute to their development. Our Logo Our logo reflects the same vision. The letter "L" of "Lex" and the reverse "F" of "Field" form a single whole representing close collaboration between legal practice and the business world. Successful collaboration of that kind, in the form of a fertile piece of land, is symbolically represented by the green space between those two letters.
