The operating ratios are proof of strong managerial performance with a vacancy rate below 5% and a level of unpaid rent of less than 1% of invoiced rent. Asset profitability, above 7% for the entire portfolio, combined with moderate financial leverage, enables regular dividends to be paid to shareholders.
