LIFT-Financial was formed out of a desire to do things differently. To trailblaze, innovate, lead the way in the industry and have clients at the heart of every decision. In 2007, Mike Holden and Joel Adams were directors of a traditional financial advice firm in Altrincham, South Manchester. They wanted to make changes and after a management buyout, founded LIFT-Financial with a team of eight people. Becoming a Chartered Firm, and all that it represents, was a priority from day one. The ethos at the start was expert, professional, fee-based advice with an ethical, client-centred approach. These values helped set us apart and in 2010 we were one of the first firms to be awarded Chartered Status. Now the business has over 60 employees, offices in Altrincham, London and Edinburgh and a group of loyal, very happy clients.
