Kevin Lyons received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame, is licensed in both Florida and New York, and has been practicing law in south Florida since the 1960s. His son, Richard Lyons received his law degree together with an MBA from the University of Florida. Richard went on to receive his Master of Laws Degree in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama and has lived in Southwest Florida since 1998. Monica Lyons received her law degree and Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Florida, and is board-certified in wills, trusts and estates by the Florida Bar.
