The firm has practiced in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area since 1994 and has grown over the years in terms of clients as well as professional staff members.
Principals Leslie A. McGee, C.P.A. and Lisa Maruca DiPardo, C.P.A. equally own and manage McGee Maruca & Associates, P.C. They both have practiced in public accounting since 1985. We provide a variety of auditing and accounting services to our clients. These services include financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. One of our major focuses is audits of both profit and non-profit organizations. We have extensive experience performing audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133. Our approach to performing an audit of the financial statements of our clients is to not only perform the procedures required by generally accepted auditing standards, but to go a step further. We are firmly dedicated to the philosophy that an audit, in and of itself, should yield more than a financial statement. Our services will include a management letter, which will detail areas in the organization's current operating structure which need improvement, along with our recommendations to enhance a company's operations. We stand ready and able to assist our clients in meeting these recommendations. In addition to our auditing services, we provide compilation and review services of financial statements of businesses, as well as personal net worth statements. We also provide client write-up services, which allow our small to medium sized business clients to monitor their financial situations on an on-going basis as well as provide valuable financial data for strategic tax planning throughout the year.
