We are an independent asset management firm based in Lausanne and Zurich, Switzerland. October 2003: The company launches its first mutual fund MFM Global Convertible Bonds in Swiss Francs. April 2005: Addittion of a second class of the MFM Global Convertible Bonds in EUR. September 2006: A second fund, the MFM Quanteviour European Equities is created in cooperation with Quanteviour SA and is investing in European Equities, February 2008: MFM Mirante Fund Management SA opens its Zurich office in order to cover the German speaking part of Europe. July 2008: The FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) authorised MFM Mirante Fund Management SA as "Asset Manager of Collective Investments". December 2008: After the financial market collapse, the MFM Convertible Bonds Opportunities was launched. This third fund concentrates on undervalued and higher yielding convertible bonds. As an independent asset manager MFM Mirante Fund Management SA provides added value with its knowledge of the financial markets and the aim to understand and fulfill its clients needs and targets. Next to the management of public funds MFM Mirante Fund Management SA offers tailor made solutions to institutional clients.
