Miramar Capital was founded in 2017 by senior members of the U.S. acquisitions team from Colony Northstar, Inc. The team has been investing together for nearly 8 years across the U.S., in all major asset classes, and up and down the capital stack. During this time the team has assembled an exceptional track record consisting of 42 investments with an aggregate of approximately $4.5B of total capitalization. Despite many of these investments being in lower yielding debt positions, the portfolio is currently tracking to an impressive 20% blended IRR with no investment generating a capital loss. Miramar Capital is focused on high quality office and multifamily investments in California. We are based in Santa Monica, California with a regional office located in Silicon Valley.
