Morgan, Jacoby, Thurn, Boyle & Associates, P.A. a local certified public accounting firm located in Vero Beach, Florida was founded in July 1997. MJTB was established as a result of the acquisition of the Vero Beach office of KPMG Peat Marwick. Three principal employees of the KPMG Vero Beach office; Keith H. Morgan, C. J. Kip Jacoby and Andrea B. Thurn, served in senior management positions of the KPMG office and established MJTB. Since that time MJTB has grown its clients and employees as a direct result of our commitment to provide the highest quality and timely services to our clients. We are locally recognized in providing tax and assurances services to for-profit companies and non-profit agencies. MJTB is very active in the Vero Beach community; and its principals have held numerous leadership positions for various community organizations and support community volunteer programs. MJTB is a member of the AICPA’s Peer Review Program, which requires a quality control document including polices and procedures for audits, reviews compilations and other accounting and attestation services, and an independent quality control peer review every three years. Each peer review of MJTB has resulted in an unqualified opinion, of which we are very proud. In addition MJTB is a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.
