Officially established in 2009, as Folsom Wealth Advisory Group, LLP, Michael and Angel have worked together for over five years. Angel, an Enrolled Agent, had been running his own tax and financial services firm, focusing on individual and small business tax clients. In 2004 one of his long-term clients created a new business partnership and needed the expertise of a CPA. Michael, who had also been running a successful accounting practice with an emphasis on businesses, took over the client’s business and accounting needs. As the two professionals collaborated on this and other mutual clients, they realized their combined expertise was beneficial not only to each other, but to their clients as well.
