Mueller Pye & Associates CPA

Teresa and Paul Mueller opened Mueller & Associates CPA LLC on Halloween Day, 2008 in Loveland, Colorado. Ever since it has been all treat and no tricks Teresa and Paul are both accountants and graduates of University of South Florida, where they met and married in 1977. Up until 2008, each of them led separate career paths in Houston, Texas. Teresa’s focus was on the internal accounting function of corporate and nonprofit employers, while Paul pursued a public accounting career focusing on tax consulting and business planning with several international and regional CPA firms.

 In 2008, they decided to pool their talents and made a lifestyle change by moving to Northern Colorado and operating their own CPA firm. They purchased an existing accounting firm and quadrupled the size of that practice in eight years by devoting their combined tax and accounting expertise to business clients, their owners and families. That growth led to the opening of a second office in Estes Park to serve the business clients of that mountain community in 2011. Robyn Pye joined the firm as a Partner and Director of Tax Services in January 2017 and the firm changed its name to Mueller Pye & Associates CPA LLC. Robyn is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and is a licensed CPA in Texas with more than 20 years of public accounting experience. Robyn and Paul worked together at the Mann Frankfort Stein & Lipp CPA firm in Houston for more than 10 years until 2008. Robyn will oversee the firm’s office in Houston, Texas.
