Multiples Group is a boutique investment bank with private equity and investment banking business lines, based out of Dubai (DIFC) and Cairo. On the Private Equity side, Multiples Group deploys funds of high-net-worth individuals and families from the Middle East and Africa region and is focused on specific sectors and areas of business for private equity investment, which includes real estate development, financing solutions, and direct investments in the services and retail sectors. Multiples Group doesn’t operate through the typical fund/fund manager model but rather co-invests directly with the different investors on specific projects, where it acts as a direct principal investor in all projects; owning the majority of the investments’ shares to ensure effective value creation along with the different co-investors. On the Investment Banking side, Multiples Group advises high-net-worth individuals, families and financial institutions across the region to structure and close transactions across various sectors and geographies, where Multiples Group offers its structuring and placement services for successful brown field projects. In addition, Multiples Group has a special focus on green field projects, where it plays a project development role for promising large scale green field projects, offering complete packaging, structuring and placement services. Multiples Group is run by a team of experienced investment managers with backgrounds in investment, consulting, accounting, finance and entrepreneurship.
