NEINVER Italy was founded in 2000 with the aim of promoting the company’s international expansion in Europe. NEINVER was beginning to compete in one of Europe’s top outlet management markets, a leading market in the sector with large properties, strong competition and solid demand from an exacting outlet centre savvy public. This required the company to expand its capabilities and allowed it to develop an outstanding, successful international model: The Style Outlets platform. The search for opportunities in Italy led NEINVER to develop Vicolungo Outlets in 2004, considered the gold standard for European outlet centres by the ICSC. In 2007, NEINVER expanded Italian market presence by acquiring Castel Guelfo Outlet City. Since then, NEINVER has expanded and upgraded these two properties using the standards of the new brand, The Style Outlets. This ambitious process has helped position NEINVER as Europe’s second largest outlet centre operator.
