The mission of Novak Asset Management is to maintain and enhance the value of the real estate assets in our trust. This process begins by entering investments properly using industry leading analysis and diligence for assets that play to the strengths of our integrated teams, and then pursuing a disciplined daily approach to doing hundreds of little things well. We find this focus on execution works well with retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties; as we measure our performance we set new benchmarks for ourselves in pursuit of fanatical reviews from our tenants, guests, and partners. We do this through three primary strategies: Development, Acquisition, Financial Structure.
