Since 2002, O'Dell Valuation Consulting, LLC CPA has been providing quality, personalized business valuation, litigation, forensic and exit planning services to businesses and attorneys from locations in Maryland, Maine and Pennsylvania. Services range from business valuations for estate, succession and divorce, to assisting attorneys with valuation issues, lost profits, lawyers’ and accountants’ malpractice cases and related expert testimony in court and in arbitrations. Because the practice is limited to these services, there is no conflict of interest and independence can be maintained. Both the American Institute of CPAs and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts require members holding the CPA and CVA credential to adhere to rigid professional standards when performing these services.
