Instinctively. Funnily enough we never tire of what we do. Omdat Marketing was founded by Ylja Bartlett - Venema in 2010. The business successfully started in The Netherlands and expanded to Monaco. In September 2011 she won the VMC Award for 'Talent of the Year' for women in Marketing & Communications in The Netherlands.
