OTAS was started in 1999 as On Time Accounting Services with the intentions of providing financial accounting services to the business community. With the growth of the business we ventured into other fields of services. As a result we went through a re-branding and hence the name OTAS was born. OTAS was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Bowie, Maryland. We are a minority women owned company that provides professional and technical staffing and assistance in Accounting, Financial Management, Information Management, Customer Service Support, and Professional & Administrative Staffing support on a contractual basis. We provide services for the federal government and commercial organizations. We built our company on ethic and value. We are here to do the right thing all the time. OTAS is here to get you the customers the right people for the job. We know people and we know how to get the right people for the job. We know how to satisfy, as well as to motivate our employees, leaving them willing to be productive and employed with us for a very long time. OTAS’s staff has extensive background, certifications, and expertise and many years of experience in various areas including Program Analysis and Evaluation, Data Development and Management, Contract Specialist Services and Administrative Support Services.
