The Osprey Property Companies are comprised of four wholly-owned entities: Osprey Property Company LLC, the primary vehicle for development and construction activities; Osprey Realty Advisors LP, its asset management and consulting arm; Osprey Investment Company, the primary vehicle for acquisition of operating properties; and Osprey Guarantee Company LLC, which provides financial guarantees to both projects and the other subsidiaries. The Osprey affiliate, Habitat America LLC, is a property management company specializing in multi-family residential, and manages properties for Osprey and an extensive list of third-party clients.
Osprey Property Company is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. Since its inception in 1988, Osprey Property Company has successfully developed numerous projects in Florida, North Carolina, and the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition to projects for its own account, Osprey engages in joint ventures with carefully selected partners in order to maximize investment opportunities. When appropriate, Osprey forms alliances with organizations providing specialized industry expertise relevant to specific property types. These partners are selected based upon their expertise and competence in the projects and markets involved.
