OHFS Limited, known as Oughtred & Harrison Financial Services, was established and then authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) on 15th March 2002, following a management buyout by Steven Whelan from Oughtred & Harrison (Insurance) Limited, part of the O & H Group whose humble beginnings date back to 1919.
