The Firm consists of two owners, Robert Pace, CPA and Nathan Hawley, CPA. In addition, the Firm generally employs one to three staff members who assist in the Firm’s auditing, accounting and tax preparation services. The owners have over 25 years combined experience providing public accounting services to various types of organizations including non-profits, municipalities, school districts and for-profit businesses. The Firm is in full compliance with all professional requirements of the Vermont Board of Accountancy, AICPA, Government Auditing Standards, including maintaining the required level of Continuing Professional Education and having an independent Certified Public Accountant review the Firm’s auditing procedures and quality control manual. This peer review is required for all licensed CPA’s performing audits and was administered through New England Peer Review.
